Carrot Mango Smoothie

This smoothie is ideal for a hot summer day!

Smoothies are definitely a staple in my diet. I rely on them to get a large quantity of nutrients into my body within a short period of time. It’s also a great way to ensure that, as busy moms, we get all the nutrients we need in a day.

Many smoothie recipes have a long list of ingredients. This radiant carrot mango smoothie only has 3, which makes it incredibly easy to make. It’s up to you whether you want to use store-bought carrot juice or make your own. I’ve left that detail out of the recipe.


Carrot Mango Smoothie


  • 8 oz Carrot juice
  • 1 cup chopped frozen mango
  • 1/2-1 cup ice
  1. Toss the ingredients into a blender
  2. Mix until consistency is smooth, add more ice if desired
  3. Enjoy!
